Tours that include the national parks end in October. The tours are seasonal because of the weather.
April - October are the best months, weather wise to visit these locations.

The link you provided for the shopping cart only took us to an empty cart, so we were unable to see the link you were referring to.
However, the helicopter ride in Grand Canyon is not covered in the cost of the tour. It is offered only as an optional excursion for this tour.

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.
The best option for you to be close to your friends that reside in Arcadia, is to upgrade your hotel to the San Gabriel Hilton. This will allow you to stay near Arcadia for the portion of the tour that stays in the LA area. Otherwise, you will either be located in Fullerton or La Mirada for this portion of the stay.

Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation aftersuccessfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (perchange). The $30 Amendment Fee also applies to such changes where an additional passengeris added onto an existing reservation.
